Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you buy from Zepto Home. If something isn't right,
we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or
replacement. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the
original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@zeptohome.com with your order number and the reason for
the return, and we'll guide you through the next steps. Please don't send
anything back before contacting us — we'll let you know the correct return
address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved
refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10
business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it).
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days
of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a
free replacement or full refund — no need to send the item back in most cases.
Items That Can't Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as personal care products)
may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
