Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a
confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times
Standard shipping: 7–15 business days
Some items ship from closer fulfillment centers and arrive faster (3–7
business days) — the estimate for each product is shown on its page.

Please note delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by
carrier delays, holidays, or customs. We'll always do our best to keep you
updated.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. You can use it
to follow your package at any time. If you haven't received tracking within 4
business days of ordering, email us at support@zeptohome.com and we'll sort
it out.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout before you pay.
